... Has your thyroid been tested? Many of the symptoms you described sound so much like hyperthyroidism, specifically Grave's Disease. I had dizzy spells, which sound much like yours...and this kind I had (sometimes still have) is called periodic paralysis and is more common in people who have thyroid conditions.
