... i also have cronic insomnia and have found that longterm help from tablets is very limited some get help from tranxene, an antidepressant that causes drowsiness sometimes when just taken and this doesnt seem to create a tollerance much, its not available where I am re zoloft, i would ask doc about upping the dose as yours is small, often a higher dose will get it working,...
