Yes, it is true that 'some' people will become dependent on medication, but not everyone...I didn't and there are several other people on these boards that didn't. And it is true that the panic and anxiety may come back for 'some' people, but it doesn't happen to everyone, it didn't happen to me and it hasn't happend to... (20 replies)
... Yeah I get it a lot when I think I am calm. Derealisation doesn't seem to fit any normal pattern, so I wouldn't bother trying to make it. It's also useless tring to fight, as it feeds on fear. Although it's hard not to try and fight it sometimes when you are really fed up with it. It will pass as you anxiety decreases. Work on CBT. (8 replies)
