... Hi again Yes The beta Blocker helped me..although I found it caused me to feel more depressed. I am opting not to get them this time because of that. The one bad thing about the SSRI s (Selective Seratonin Re-uptake inhibitors ) sorry for the bad spelling..lol is they can make anxiety worse for the first week...and that's why I use to get the beta blocker for.I would ask... ... Hi all, When you talk about the benzo-watsits (sorry, don't remember spelling!), aren't they all in the class of tranquilisers? I think they are not prescribed often because they have a medical history of being highly addictive, which in itself would not be so bad, but I've heard and read that they would eventually bring on the very symptoms they were first prescribed to...
