... Good attitude :) well, I have a feeling a lot of people will disagree about the effectiveness of clonazepam, valium, and ativan though. They have been quite common for calming people down, and if they didn't work I doubt people would use them. (11 replies)

... Buspar is a good med for anxiey. It is taken like an antidepressant. You won't get the sedating effects of a benzo. It does take time to work. In my case I could tell in 4 days but it took 2-3 weeks to kick in completely. God bless (6 replies)
