... It is not an infection it is labyrinthitis and there is nothing you can do for it. There are some exercises you can do that will help but for the most part it will run its coarse in 8 weeks. You may have a bowel disorder that is aggravated when you have an anxiety attack. Anxiety tends to cause cramping (as all your muscles contract) so it can lead to some nasty stomach reactions.
