... to me..I think it's hard for anyone with anxiety to understand what it feels like if they have never had what I feel..I guess it's like trying to explain what a heart attack feels like when you have never had one. Could this be do I infact bring this on myself. ... (2 replies)

... sounds like a classic case of panic attack to me. Anxiety. remember one thing though. nothing would happen to you. medications easily cure these kinds of things and vastly available in different kinds to suit each and every person. go meet a psychiatrist asap and you should feel better soon. just hang in there and we (me) knows what you are going through and have come out... I felt very weak, then got very pale, thought my pulse wasn't fast enough, so I freaked out and my heart started racing and I had very bad palps and racing heart... Dull chest ache

... r at least making my symptoms worse. A couple of years ago I had a head cold and they gave me a decognestant. I noticed early on, the first day that it made my heart race. I could feel this on the left side of my chest. I called the dr and they told me to quit taking it, sometimes that is a side effect. ... (2 replies)
