... eah. What you described is CLASSIC anxiety that I have experienced for 1 year now. It started for me one day while I was lying in bed and trying to read a book thinking I was calm as could be. ... see a Therapist. I would refuse to since I was young and stubborn at the time and thought that only "crazy" people see a therapist. Yes very ignorant but that's how I was.
