... I was able to bring it up very easily. Doctors have heard everything. I know the feeling of talking about it makes it worse, since we have anxiety, and just the thought of bringing it up and at what time to tell your doctor will cause you anxiety! ... (5 replies)

... I have the same situation.The best thing to do is talk to your Dr about wanting to cut back slowly on your zanax and state your reasons...because its best to do this with your Dr and to cut back gradually instead of just stopping them cold turkey. ... (1 replies)
