... siezures are only possible from quitting cold turkey so never allow yourself to run right out of them, your dose isnt really high and as you say they dont last all day siezures are different from panic attacks but could be confused with panic attacks do you have panic attacks :confused: IMO klonapin is best taken only as needed, in your case, taper off with a smaller... ... to pritty probably tired from both, klonapin can make you feel tired, drugged or drunk until you get used to it so reduce the dose for a while, split the tablet after a while only take the klonapin as needed and carry a few tablets with you when out for unexpected anxiety, fastest effect if dissolved under the tongue, klonapin is a long lasting valium type med and helps... Hi trace klonapin/clonazepam is a very useful valium type med, you are lucky your doc will prescribe it, many now wont for anxiety and insist on an antidepressant you can take a small dose daily and carry a few tablets with you when out, if you feel a panic attack coming on, disolve a tablet under the tongue, breathe deep and slow for a while and it will calm you quickly...
