... welcome cindy are you taking the lexapro, it may eventually help a lot lots of info on panic attacks on the net, the detachment is derealisation or depersonlaisation and quite common do get some valium type meds and carry a few tablets with you when out, disolve 1 under the tongue if another panic attack happens, klonapin wafers are specially designed for panic attacks...
