... You are definitely on the right track with the exercise, that is the number one thing that helps me sleep. If you are able to, try to up the intensity gradually. After I run for 30 minutes and go to bed I am dead to the world. Xanax should help you sleep, I'm surprised it hasn't helped you more. ... (3 replies)
