I do NOT think in any way that it was caused by the Lexapro I took for 5 years, as I had this before that, which was why I went on the Lexapro and the Propanolol (a better blocker to slow the heart rate... ... sn't make you a druggie and certainly not a failure. If meds arent' doing it all for you, and you don't want to change again...it's your body. Either stay on the Lexapro or slow taper off it...but very slow. There are alternatives to meds out there you could explore. Why do you need to be perfect? ... (4 replies)

... in 1999. It has helped alot but I have still had some rough times. I only take 50mg and always feel worse if they try to up it. One time the tried to swith me Lexapro and that was a mess. An Observation....
