... I've been wanting to reduce my xanax consumption. Because of some crises lately, I inadvertantly increased my daily xanax from about 3 mg to 5+ mg. I know, for xanax, that's quite a big increase. Xanax not only keeps my generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) well under control but also significantly lowers my blood pressure better than any regular BP med I've ever taken... (0 replies)

... It's very tricky subject medication with some doctors (nearly all in my case) and they seem very reluctant to prescribe you anything. My doctor looked at my file, saw that I had done CBT and tried various medications and knew that paxil was working, and I explained the dose I was on was making me drowsy and could he lower it etc etc.. I couldn't go see my psychiatrist... (5 replies)
