... Thanks for the info. Hry33. I was given a starter kit that gives you 25mg/day for the first 7 days and 50mg/day for the next 2 weeks. Perhaps splitting the 25mg tablets and starting off with 12.5mg/day would help lessen the initial side effects. Might be worth trying if I do decide to go on it. Thanks again. (4 replies)

... my experience with anxiety and or panic attacks only natural real world solutions to stessors will help symptoms subside.. the drugs just cover it up and in the long term make it worse.. i've learned to deal with my anxiety and meet my issues head on rather than pushing them to the side and stressing about them.. ... My mother who suffers from the exact same thing as myself and most of the people on this site has been on paxil and buspar for, gosh 10 years now and she still has major amounts of down time. ... zoloft and paxil are both prozac type meds, the long term side effects usually arent much trouble, its the early side effects that can be severe reducing the starting dose by splitting the tablet often helps, taking klonapin also helps (4 replies)
