... Everything you mention is a side effect of magnesium deficiency. If you get leg or calf cramps that's another indicator. One of the most assimilable forms is magnesium citrate. If you're not already supplementing magnesium that's the first step I'd take. I'd start at 500 mg daily. ... (4 replies)
