... Hi I'm so sorry that you have those struggles. Sad to say, the brain builds resistance to drugs & substances. Substances only work so long, because the brain has dominance. I think you need to deal with your anxiety issue. Maybe find an excellent counselor and deal with what makes you feel anxious. ... Sounds like a panic attack to me. Try taking natural vitamins to maybe help you with your random panic attacks and anxiety.
