... sorry to hear about your situation. I myself take paxil .. but i am going off of it. I am not a doctor of any sort but my advice to you would be to try taking supplements/vitamins/and or herbs to start w/ rather than a perscription like paxil. If nothing else works.. than i would go with the paxil. St. johns wort works for some. Also valerian root. Stay away from kava... (9 replies)
... Personally, I wouldn't raise the dosage, it will only make you feel more detached from existence and you simply won't experience the highs or lows. You are going through rough times it sounds like. I've been there having lost my job after moving and just starting Paxil a month before I became unemployed.
