... Hey, thanks for the reply ! :) Looks like you've got it easy having to take a packet only once a day. :) When I DO take my Magnesium, it is 400 mg - plus Zinc, 15 mg. It says to take 3 tablets daily with a meal. So, that's what I do. But like I said earlier. With ALLL of my other supps, it becomes quite 'gagfull' for me. :D In my multivit/mineral there's also...
