... I could definitely tell a difference with the magnesium ( about 400 mg almost every day). I don't think it was a placebo affect since I was expecting zero results. They say you need to take about the same amount of calcium in order to get the most benefit from the magnesium. (5 replies)

... I forgot to add... most of my daily intake of food contains magnesium. I eat tons of veggies, nuts and seeds and I read that ppl who do this tend to get their daily requirement of magnesium. So, I'm not too sure I should be taking more. I still plan to try it out. I do believe my problem is the "sensation" of not breathing right. Not sure I'm "actually" not breathing... (15 replies)
