... welcome mias mom :) sadly many docs have now been brainwashed to prescribe an antidepressant only for anxiety and no xanax or any other valium type meds this is despite the fact that generally anxiety sufferers are far too sensible to become addicted and rarely have addictive type personalities However if a person can find an AD that works for you it will help them...
