... 200 is the usual max and some do take it, are you sure you havent got asthma or some other problem, some docs think anxiety sufferers are immune to all physical problems and blame every complaint on their anxiety if the shortness is caused by muscular tension a course of klonapin or any benzo muscle relaxer would relax the muscles, these meds go well with zoloft try...
