... it is not vertigo where the room spins nor is it a feeling like i will pass is more of an offbalance feeling like i have a hard to walking...thats why i think it is possibly neurogical or stress but dont know how else stress can cause this with out hypervent or rapid haeart? (9 replies)

... Is it actually dizziness? ie the room seems to spin, or is it just a feeling that you're about to collapse because of the odd way your head feels (kind of more like a headrush)? If it's 'proper' dizziness then it may be your inner ear (I've had problems in the past where I had to sit down for a minute to let the feelings pass and that was due to my inner ear) I suffer... ... I think massage would help more than a chiro but you could try both. learn how to relax and dont tense up against the anxiety with the idea of fighting back against it deep slow breathing helps a lot to relax you valerian root helps sometimes and could be tried (7 replies)
