... I wish!! I'm a performance arts lecturer and I exercise for an hour every eveining and the only thought on my mind is breathing, which makes my breathing go bad!! It's the only thing I think about everytime I am exerting myself. So what can I do? ... (5 replies)

... problem. I have attributed mine to acid reflux because there are a lot of people on the acid reflux board who complain of the same thing. So when I'm having a bad time with my breathing I just tell myself it is just my reflux and it puts my mind at ease. Whether it is actually the reflux or not, I don't know. ... (7 replies)

... Hi, I would say it's anxiety related because I have it to and have did the same procedure you did as far as the BP reading, it is normal for our BP, heart rate and temp to fall at rest, it is the bodys way of conserving energy. ... (6 replies)
