... yeah i know exactly what u mean.....sometimes my ears feel blocked...your head may feel tight and strange your heart may feel like this too and every muscle,,,,this happens from being tense......all we can do is ignore these symptoms and they will go away itself hopefully........ ... ... hi burg3r. I have exactly the same symptoms as you ! I have constant head pressure , face pressure , and my throat feels tight , my ears feel blocked and they hurt sometimes aswell , I get the random squeezing too , I hope I can reasure you its just your muscles all tensed up , do you also get pain in your face aswell ???
