... This sounds to me to be some kind of seasonal illness. I've heard of seasonal depression, when people are only having symptoms of depression for the colder months, (missing the sunshine) they is a special therapy for this using a light box. I wonder if what you are going through could be called seasonal anxiety and if the same type of therapy would help. Talk to you doctor... (16 replies)

Waking up scared
