... you know which drug it was. then you would have to come off more than one. since they are the same type of drug i would never take more than one. sounds like you need both to sleep. i think you would be better off upping the dosage toone of them with your dr.s help and stopping the others, just my opinion. ... ... I have to agree, this doesnt sound like the Dr for you...recommended on not. You do need a therapist...someone to help you deal with this and let you talk. I wouldnt go back to her if I were you.. ... (29 replies)
... If you keep the dosage that low and you do not take it everyday, that does help to avoid the dependancy, tolerance and withdrawal issues most times so it sounds like you have the right ideas...... ... (7 replies)

... mg, I never could understand what made doctor's so paranoid of it. I wasn't too impressed with the drug, and figured that the dosage was probably too wimpy for me to notice any ill effects. Other than putting me to sleep in all the wrong places. ... (25 replies)
