I have this too you are not Alone always hoping for a good deep satisfying breath I have been dealing with this a long time benzos can surely help but I beleive exercise and only nasal breathing can help aswell as learning how to fight the air hunger through breathing retaining I beleive our breathing pattern is out of whack and we need to train ourself to breathe normal (7 replies)
