... Sometimes if you are in the perimenopausal stage you can get alot of panic an anxiety attacks out of nowhere. I get them all the time now. I am 43 and the just come on. Sheer panick. No one understands unless they have had one. It is very real and you are not imagining it. ... (3 replies)
