... i think all your problems a re from stress and anxiety and you arent at all paranoid as you say anxiety often runs in familys you need to learn how to relax and to handle stress differently, an antidepressant med could be tried and if it works would reduce your anxiety and fears and worries a lot most anxious people breathe the wrong way, relax and take deep slow...
