It helps me to not eat anything before I have to do something that could potentialy make me nervous/nauseous - sometimes I am starving, but its better than being afraid I'm gonna puke. Also, when i do eat, I eat just enough to where I'm not starving but I could still eat a lot more. Its hard to stop yourself at that point, but at least you don't... (22 replies)

... I have nausea anxiety too and I have been trying to drink peppermint tea several times a day, it is a natural cure for nausea and it works very well. Supposedly ginger is too but I haven't used that yet. Have you tried gum and mints also? ... (7 replies)
