Now I'm either imagining things or something, but ever since that was found, I have had to go to the bathroom a lot more and now I'm getting nervous that maybe there is a real problem there. ... When I'm nervous & stressed, I can run to the bathroom every 5 minutes, I've always been that way, since I was a kid. I know a lot of people have this same problem, so I am sure it's stress related. (11 replies)

... these are all symptoms of "anxiety" frequent urination is due to being on edge all the time and nervous the vision is tunnel vision, it naturally occurs when you are stressed or your life is in danger, its a response so you can only view your opponent or your stressor, which in this case is yourself, but is a normal response everything else you mention is well normal... ... yes this is social phobia which i have i worry about going out places i force myself out into situations and when i do i shake sweat alot blushing which is my main worry i hate people seeing me go red i feel like running away from it all and yes it does effect peoples work i quit mine in the end because of social anxiety i also suffer with depression and it is hard to cope...
