... rs 5 times and had an echocardiogram done and all they ever come back with is PVC's which I knew I had and many people have them. I think what we suffer from is Nocturnal Panic Attacks. I too suffer from alot of anxiety. I hope this helps you. ... (4 replies)

... Sounds like Nocturnal panic attacks.........they come on when your sleeping and yes you can be stressed subconsciously and not even know it, and Nocturnal Panic attacks are just your bodys way of letting you know..... ... (4 replies)

... OhBe......same story here. It's been going on for three years. They come and go. Dr. prescribed Xanax and I take one half of a .5 mg. Sometimes I even break that in half. It is terrible to go through this. I sympathize with you completely. It's very scary to wake up to a racing heart and all that goes with it. I get the chills, then I get very warm, I feel like my inside... (3 replies)
... I have had that happen before but it was when I was on Prozac. I did the same things you described as far as getting up and going to the bathroom, etc. It was an awful feeling but went away when I discontinued the prozac. So, for me I am pretty sure that was the cause. Hang in there. I hope it resloves quickly. (3 replies)
... Hi all- Long time suffering of anxiety and depression here. Going through a stressful moment in life and for the past 3 nights I have woken up around the same time (5:30 am) having anxiety. Tingling in the chest, short heavy breathing, rapid heart beat, nausea, etc. It always subsides about 15 minutes later but it disrupts my sleep of course. I usually can't fall back... (3 replies)
