... It's definitely a struggle.. I feel like if I AM feeling stressed and anxious, I feel very well alert and feel the most "real." When I'm calm and relaxed, that's when I tend to zone out and feel that things are "unreal." It's frustrating because I want to be able to find that perfect balance. ... (7 replies)
