... to juvenile if you rexcently started the remeron it could be causing some of your thoughts, perhaps reduce the dose for a while if on the remeron for more than 8 weeks then it seems it isnt working so maybe up the dose and try it a few more weeks, otherwise try some other med instead remeron is one of many antidepressants and these meds can make you feel worse at first... ... pill and drop 0.25mg for at least a week and stabilize for days before you drop 0.25mg again. If you are having problems you may have to stay at a drop for a few weeks to stabilize before going down again. The word for all of these medicaitons is "Stabilize" going on and off. ... You need to slowly reduce, not stop cold turkey. If I read correctly, you are taking 8 x 1mg pills per day? Reduce that to 7.5 pills a day for 2 weeks, then reduce to 7 pills a day for 2 weeks, then 6.5 pills a day for 2 weeks, and so on and so on, until you are taking none at all. Starting an antidepressant such as Remeron or Zoloft can help control the underlying... (9 replies)
