... I have been on Celexa a few times and have just started it again. I found that for me I have a hard time coming off it. I need to wean off it very slowly for weeks, or else I experience strange sensations in my head when I moved my eyes (almost like a zap). ... I've been taking Zoloft for 4 weeks. I started out at 25mg, then 50mg and now 100mg for 2 weeks. It's just not working for my panic/anxiety. My psychiatrist has changed me to Celexa 20mg. He told me to start taking the Celexa (20mg) that night, and for the next six days to cut my morning dose of Zoloft to 50 mg then stop it altogether. Does this sound right? One of my... (2 replies)
