... Hi guys, Once the physical (such as teeth clenching/grinding) or emotional stressor is gone, how long can symptoms linger for? Ie. cheek pain even once teeth clenching is resolved, and other symptoms from anxiety (tinging etc) even once you no longer "feel" anxious? Thanks a lot! (1 replies)

... YES! lol my lord i always used to clench my teeth without even realizing it sometimes. I could feel perfectly fine and free from anxiety and still id clench my teeth. This can also be caused by stress I once in a while grind my teeth at night as well. ... (4 replies)
