... Heather, I have been going through CBT the last couple of weeks, and I will tell you what!! You hit the nail on the head when you say that we need to stop fighting the feelings. If you just except the anxiety and try to move on, it slowly passes. I still suffer , but I am so much better then I use to be, and now I am determined to get through it. Good Post! (8 replies)
