... I find it depends on what I am playing. If I am playing on the PS3 it will often cause muscle tension which can trigger anxiety. However, I also have a Wii and find that playing the games that require concentration and full body movement really good. ... (2 replies)

... It really and truly worked for me and it's an alternative treatment instead of medication or can be used in conjunction with. You basically play video games with your brain and it corrects disregulation over time and helps to also increase serotonin and I believe dopamine as well, but don't quote me. ... (6 replies)
