... Hi Andy, Tell you about something I was told when taking ayurvedic treatment. I was told not to take any 'acidic' foods. This means tomatoes, lime, ....things that are sour in taste which has the 'acid' component...vinegar, pineapple, included. Sometimes even oranges can be sour and green apples / grapes. ... i'm not a doctor but do you think it might be arthritis? nightime vegetables like tomatoes, eggplant, red pepper can aggravate the condition. try cutting out these foods and see if it helps. if you are not eating these foods there are foods like broccoli that help arthritis, fish oil, flaxseed oil, glucosamine & chondroitin. i take a prescription called vioxx along with...
