I wouldn't worry about getting a full breath but rather whether or not your normal breath is impaired. And 350 is fine! Goodness - I can't take a deep breath without coughing and I'm a jogger...of course, I premedicate with albuterol before I jog (2puffs 60 second apart 15 minutes before cardio is the norm). And my asthma is well controlled. Having trouble taking deep breaths during cardio (quick walking, jogging, dancing, etc) is normal for asthmatics. So if this is happening, don't worry. Once you get the asthma under true control (takes a while after dx) that should be easily handled by the albuterol prmedicating. Keep us posted on how it goes.
