Hello,
I'm new here and had some questions.

I developed bronchitis back in March and then it all went downhill from there. I was having coughing spasms and shortness of breath plus the terrible wheezing sounds upon inhaling. I guess it may be called stridor with inhales but I don't know, so I'll call it wheezing.

Anyway, I was put on a controlled inhaler plus a rescue inhaler and singulair, but then it all seemed to clear up. The controlled inhaler seemed to give me an allergic reaction, so I'm only on a rescue inhaler (as needed) and the singulair.

My problem is that the wheezing seems to be almost constantly present, even though I usually don't have shortness or breath as much. I can breathe in and out pretty well, but the wheezing sound is unnerving.

I've recently had an endoscopy and they said that I looked fine and took me off of the Zantac I was on for a bit.

I really don't know what's going on. Please help.

I'm scared to die from asthma. Ive used the rescue inhaler twice this week after not having to use it for about a month. Once was for exercise and the other because of smoke.

I just feel so lost. The allergist I go to is only there one day a week for a few hours. He's the only one in the area.

Please help.
