Wow, you have a lot going on with your heart too.

I have been told afew times that the rescue inhaler I take is hard on the heart because my pulse rate tends to go up high even at rest.

I find if I smell smoke on someone when my asthma is not under control that can make it worse. I am allergic to tobacco smoke so that makes sense.
I have environmental allergies plus ones to dust, molds and lately I find any paint fumes or cleaners bother me. The cold air bothers me along with mild exertion so that is hard to avoid.

We do have some carpet in the house but not on the main floor or in our bedroom.

I think my problem lately is I have had 5 asthma attacks in less than three months so I cannot get over one before I have the next one.
I have had at least 3 other close calls especially around Christmas so it makes it hard.

It has been quite cold lately so when I do go outdoors I wear something over my mouth and nose.

My asthma was improving with xolair but I find the past 15 months it has slowly gotten worse.

Good luck to you.
