... The -d is a decongestant. If he doesn't have congestion, he doesn't need that. Use the version without the -d. But he evidently has allergies or allergy triggers for the asthma. (5 replies)

Though I can only speak for myself . I am on Dulera also and singular, antihistamines, Nebulizer treatments x 2-3 daily. Just added netti pot and decongestant. + saline solution Nebulizer....
