She started with a sore throat the day before, and turned into congestion with lots of mucus & flem, and wheezing. She vomited from coughing so much. Everything you describe sounds appropriate (except the 120mg pred...I agree with your allergist and personally don't think you will get any more benefit from 120mg than 60mg but what do I know). ... at, I start to choke and can't get air in or out. The inhaler helps, but I am terrified when this happens. Doctor has given me Albuteral inhaler and claritin and Robitussin DM. Also my throat seems really dry at times. ... (1 replies)
