I have 1-2 mm disc bulge with disc desiccation at L4-5. I have mild posterior disc narrowing with a 1-2 mm broad-based central disc bulge with disc desiccation at L5-S1.

Will these cause numbing of feet and thighs with changes in feet symptoms depending on position I am in?
Welcome to the board. Are these symptoms in both feet at the same time? Is the pain down the back of the thigh?

Numbness in feet is different and changes with position I am in. No pain in thigh. Numbness on sides of thighs working towards front.
Look online for a "dermatome map." It will show you which spinal nerve innervates which area of the body...like L4 innervates the big toe, for example. Of course human bodies in reality aren't quite so neatly compartmentalized as the lines on the chart. There can be some overlays.

If you have numbness that changes from one leg to another, you may have some instability like you'd have with a spondylolisthesis.
