Welcome to the boards. I don't know how much I can help you, but I hated seeing your post not getting any replies. Wow, your situation is a little overwhelming. That accident really messed up your back. I know that it is frustrating to be in pain all the time. I will translate as much as I can of your MRI report:

bilateral pars defect= this is when the connecting bone of your vertebrae is broken and allows some shifting forward of your spine. This can cause pain if the nerve becomes involved; however, your report says that you have good alignment so it sounds like you don't have any shifting of your back.

soft tissue detail is obscured= radiologist cannot see the soft tissue at this level. This could be due to prior back surgery or a problem with the MRI itself.

I can't read the rest of it myself because I am not that familiar with the upper back, but maybe someone else can jump on and help you with that. Overall, it sounds like the MRI was not very clear. You may want to have further testing done. I would also look into finding another dr. You definitely want a dr. that is going to listen to what you are feeling. Good luck. I hope you get some answers and some solutions soon.
