HI everyone. I've been having these pains for about 8 months now with still no diagnosis. It's never occurred to me it could be back related, and am asking some help from everyone. The pain starts out mostly in my groin area and travels around my right hip and down the front of my leg. My back has some pain/ but not much. The pain feels better when I walk, and is MUCH worse sitting down or laying down. I originally thought it was scar tissue from a hysterectomy 3 yrs ago. I've had a pelvic ultrasound, pelvic MRI, and a laparoscopy and all came back normal. I've been examined for a hernia, and was found not to have one. I recently went to an ortho who did a hip xray to check for arthritis, all came back clear. He did ask about my back and when I told him I didn't really have back pain, he dropped it. He did give me some Bextra for possible tendonitis. I've been on it 4 days now, and there is no relief. After reading a few post, I've seen some people having been diagnosed with back problems (herniated disk) with having had no pain. I did some serious landscaping in my yard last year, lifting 50 lb bricks all over the yard. The pain started about the same time as that little endeavor. Could I have back problems? Or possibly a pinched nerve?? IF someone could please give some feedback, I'd really appreciate it.
