Pain on Left side of back

Hey guys!
It has been along time since I posted last. I had a micro-diskectomy in January of 02, then I had another one in September of 02, then in November of 03 I received by spinal cord stimulator. (Most days I have 50 to 75% relief, which is a success.) But, for the last 3 to 4 weeks, when I wake up in the morning it is really bad, it subsides some during the day, the pain is around the same level of all of my surgerys (L4-5) but it is over to the left about two to three inches. Could this be scar tissue, arthritis? The pain goes into my left hip. It is so bad I am going back to see my doctor next Wednesday, the 23rd.
If anyone has experienced similiar pain, or might have any idea of what it could be, let me know. I would appreciate any info.
