Hi Pepper,

Sorry, yes I hadnt been on too much for a while because of this sciatic pain, but now i've found a way to stand & type. To answer your question, yes, my neurogenic claudication pain was completely gone right away after surgery. The first time they got me out of bed with a walker I shuffled around and asked the nurse if I was really standing straight & she said yes. Yes, I had pain from the surgical site, but it was totally different pain. That deep, burning, cramping pain in both sides of my rear and backs of legs was gone. I even tried bending back a little and again had no claudication pain. And until about 3 weeks ago, I had no back or leg pains at all. Now of course I have sciatica and foot numbness that seems to be coming from a different area.

Are you still feeling the claudication pain after your surgery??? Or are you not sure if that's what it is?
